Traditional Hot Matcha
- Scoop 1 tsp (2 g) of matcha powder into a bowl.
- Add 2 oz warm water (167–176°F / 75–80°C).
- Whisk briskly in a zig-zag (M/W) motion with a bamboo whisk until a creamy froth forms.
- Enjoy as-is, or add 6 oz hot water for a fuller cup.
Iced Matcha Latte
- Add 1 tsp (2 g) matcha into a glass or shaker.
- Dissolve with a splash of warm water.
- Add ice and pour in 6–8 oz of milk (dairy or plant-based).
- Stir or shake until smooth.
