Grow Vitamin 30-Day Return Policy
At Grow Vitamin, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@growvitamin.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@growvitamin.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Bank: Then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- Still No Refund?: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@growvitamin.com.
