Return & Refund Policy

At Grow Vitamin, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes

  • Gift cards


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at hello@growvitamin.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization
    If your return is approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship Your Item
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Inspection
    Once received, all returns are inspected. We’ll notify you by email once your return has been approved or denied.


Refunds

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition (not due to our error).

Please note: processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

All exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times can vary)

  3. If the issue persists, email us at hello@growvitamin.com and we’ll be happy to assist
