This Subscription Policy explains how recurring purchases work on GrowVitamin.com (“GROW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By selecting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you choose, until you cancel.

How Subscriptions Work

Subscriptions automatically send your selected product(s) on a recurring schedule (for example, every 30 days). Your subscription stays active until you pause or cancel.

  • Automatic billing before each subscription order ships
  • Subscription discounts apply while your subscription remains active

Billing & Renewal

Your payment method is charged automatically for each subscription order before it ships. The renewal date and upcoming order details are available in your subscription portal.

  • Recurring charges: You authorize recurring charges according to the frequency you selected.
  • Billing timing: Charges occur prior to fulfillment of each subscription order.
  • Taxes & shipping: Applicable taxes and shipping (if any) are calculated per order.
  • Price changes: If product pricing changes, the updated price will apply to future renewals. We will provide notice where required.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer subscription portal (available through your account or the subscription management link in your subscription emails). Depending on availability, you may be able to:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update shipping address
  • Update payment method
  • Add or remove items (if available)

Order Cutoff

To ensure changes apply to your next shipment, updates (skip, pause, cancel, address edits, payment updates) must be completed before your next scheduled billing date shown in your subscription portal.

  • Changes after billing: If an order has already been billed and submitted for fulfillment, it may not be possible to stop it from shipping.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid charges for the next renewal, you must cancel before the next scheduled billing date shown in your subscription portal.

  • Cancel before billing: Canceling before the billing date stops the next renewal.
  • Already processed orders: Once an order has been processed (billed and sent to fulfillment), it cannot be canceled or reversed.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders follow our standard Return Policy. Because supplements are consumable products, opened or used items are typically not eligible for return or refund for safety and quality reasons, unless required by law.

  • Unopened items: If returns are accepted under our Return Policy, items must be unopened and in original condition.
  • Shipping fees: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Damaged/incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Failed Payments

If your payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess it automatically. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until you update your payment information. We may notify you by email with instructions.

Promotions & Discount Eligibility

Subscription discounts and promotions may change or end at any time. Discounted pricing applies only while your subscription is active and subject to the terms shown at the time you subscribe.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package is in transit.
  • Please confirm your address is accurate in your subscription portal to avoid delivery issues.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting.
